HOW DOES IT WORK
We do everything… Here are the 7 easy steps to completion.
Step 1: Telephone conversation with Danny Midgelow.
Professional Danny Midgelow is the Director of the Midgelow School of Golf. Danny has been running events in different industries for 10 years, whilst also being busy as a full time golf coach. Danny will talk you through a little more about what we offer, whilst giving you some good examples of previous events that we have run. He will then note down exactly what it is you want from your event i.e. what is the budget, how many people, ideal location, how many hours/days etc. You will feel quite at ease at this stage that you are in good hands.
Step 2: Telephone conversation with options.
After going away and looking closely at your needs for the day, we will present you with a few different options, with a price on each option. At this stage if you are not satisfied, you can walk away no problem at all. If you are happy with an option, we will proceed to step 3.
Step 3: Pay a deposit to secure the day.
Once we have finalised the plans for your day, a third of the total cost will be required as a deposit for us to book the time out of our diary.
Step 4: Invite your clients
We will provide you with an E:invitation for you to email your selected clients for the day. At this stage, your work is done! From here on in, we will take care of everything. We will be the point of contact for your clients, and give them all the information they need running up to the event.
Step 5: Second instalment
In the week leading up to the event, the second third of the total cost will be required.
Step 6: Running the event
On the day, we will run the event from start to finish. It is optional for you to send someone to represent your company, or you can leave it in our capable hands. It is in our interest to ensure you receive only positive feedback from your valued clients.
Step 7: Post event conversation and final third instalment.
After the event you will have your final talk with Danny, checking you are happy with the feedback you have received. If there are no complaints, this is when we would take our final payment, and look forward to booking something else with your company in the future.
